Starting base salary of $ up to $3500.00/mth for Property and Casualty individuals optional participating health insurance. Licensed Sales Representative first year income up to $80,000.00 Qualify individual we offer a $ sign up Bonus.

Responsibilities
- Customer service; answering basic questions, taking payments, correctly filling and taking accurate customers and company messages.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements:

Bilingual,fluent in both English and Spanish is required

- Must have good spelling and penmanship
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Some sales background
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great selfstarter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
