Your Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute projects related to HVAC and cooling systems on cruise ships in operation and during drydocks
  • Manage external suppliers and service contractors involved in the projects, ensuring timely, budgetfriendly, and highquality results
  • Support fleet management with HVAC technologyrelated questions
  • Contribute to the development of HVAC strategy for the Costa Group and Carnival Corporation
  • Collaborate with fleet management, particularly during drydocks, to oversee and manage projectrelated work

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, shipbuilding, or mechanical engineering with a focus on the marine or cruise industry; master's degree preferred
  • Degree in HVAC/Facility and process technologies desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ship technology, ship management, or yard business, with knowledge of HVAC systems for cruise/passenger vessels
