    Your impact in this role:

    The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide physical therapy treatment under the guidance of a qualified Physical Therapist as per the care plan.

    • Execute all prescribed physical therapy procedures at the client's residence, supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist
    • Deliver therapeutic exercises, massage, modalities, and more to clients with stable conditions
    • Guide and assist clients in enhancing functional activities
    • Observe and report client progress and treatment response
    • Document treatments and submit reports for review
    • Communicate changes in client's condition to supervising Physical Therapist
    • Participate in meetings and training programs as needed
    • Ensure timely documentation submission
    • Support case management and service coordination
    • Maintain professionalism in client interactions
    • Fulfill additional duties as assigned
