Description
What to expect:
- You will manage the documentation for our webbased applications and hardware products as part of the User Experience team in Frederika, IA.
- You will be responsible for maintaining product documentation, data sheets, and release notes, and contribute to the creation of user interfaces.
- Additionally, you will gather and analyze technical and productrelated information and work closely with product managers, marketing experts, developers, and other colleagues worldwide.
- You will continuously improve userfriendliness by gathering feedback from target audiences, creating metrics, and implementing improvement measures.
- You will create infographics to present complex concepts and information in an appealing and understandable way.
What you bring:
- You have a degree in Technical Writing, a technical field, or a comparable professional qualification.
- You have a strong affinity for software and technical topics.
- You have the ability to analyze complex relationships and present them simply.
- Excellent German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
- You can work in a structured manner, both independently and as a team player.
- Time and project management are your strengths.
