For our medium-sized client, an internationally operating B2B company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Officer (m/f/d) for the location in Krefeld, who enjoys the operational HR work. With your hands-on mentality, you will drive the growing company forward through the HR strategies and processes you develop.

Responsibilities:

Point of contact for all HR-related questions
Participation in the conception and optimization of HR projects
Establishment of employer branding and development of modern HR marketing
Operational daily HR work in addition to introduction/understanding of HR strategies
Trustful and constructive cooperation with the managing director of the German subsidiary
In monthly meetings, you will give the management an overview of projects and regularly coordinate
Preparatory payroll accounting

Requirements:

A completed degree in business administration, labor law or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in various HR functions
Good operational and strategic consulting and problem-solving skills
Communication skills, assertiveness, composure
Negotiable German and English language skills in spoken and written form
