    Job Title: Department of Athletics Graduate Assistant at Indiana Tech

    General Overview

    The Department of Athletics at Indiana Tech plays a crucial role in enhancing the student experience by providing quality and competitive programs that promote success through fair play and integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the JV program, overseeing practices and team development goals.
    • Support recruitment and enrollment objectives of the sports program and the Department of Athletics.
    • Align with the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Indiana Tech.
    • Perform additional assigned duties.

    Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree.
    • Hold a valid Operator's License with a good driving record.
    • Possess current First Aid/CPR training or obtain it before employment.

    Experience

    • Prior involvement in a college sports program (e.g., playing, managing, supporting).

    Working Conditions

    • Availability to work nights and weekends.
    • Travel required for competitions and recruiting purposes.
