Store Manager:
Hours per week: 40
Do you have several years of experience in retail and want to take on the responsibility of managing a store and its team? Join an international retail company and lead a store in your local area.
Work where the action is:
Together with the assistant store manager, you will take on the leadership role for the entire team. You will ensure the correct stock of goods and be responsible for daily cash reconciliation. You will also manage sales and have an overview of the store as a whole. You will build the team, recruit employees, promote their development, and plan work schedules. In regular communication with the regional management, you will discuss the store's results and development. Through all these activities, you will contribute significantly to Action's success.
