As part of the Bitterfeld/Wolfen Health Center gGmbH, the Goitzsche Clinic makes a significant contribution to the medical basic care in the European metropolitan region of Central Germany.

We are currently seeking a challenging role as a Work Time Manager (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing, adapting, and optimizing work time models and regulations within the health center to accommodate changing structures and capacities
  • Parameterization, administration, and further development of work time models and regulations
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve work time management and increase productivity
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of work time models and regulations and making necessary adjustments
  • Providing support and guidance to employees regarding work time regulations and policies.
