Ideal candidate will be eligible for a $15,000 (after tax) sign-on bonus.
RiverSpring Certified Home Health Agency offers acutely ill patients short-term skilled home visits including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and social work.
Responsibilities
The CHHA home care RN conducts home visits to provide skilled clinical assessments, patient education, and direct nursing care to patients in their homes. They coordinate skilled services within the patient's interdisciplinary team and oversee the patient's paraprofessional services.
Qualifications
The ideal RN candidate should be a dedicated, compassionate, and confident clinician with a current NYS RN license. Strong organizational, communication, written, and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reliable transportation for home visits, a BSN degree, prior CHHA experience, and familiarity with Home Care Home Base EMR are advantageous.
Compensation: $105,000 minimum to $110,000 maximum annually
