Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Assist guests with reservations and room assignments
  • Manage phone calls and reservations using phone systems
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hotel management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $16.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 16 per week


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Overnight shift
  • Weekends as needed
