Customer Engagement Specialist:The Customer Engagement Specialist is a dynamic role focused on enhancing DaVita's engagement with referral sources through personalized outreach, education and technology support. This role is critical in welcoming new referral sources, increasing awareness of our technology offerings and ensuring optimal utilization and satisfaction. Through virtual in-service demonstrations, the Specialist will play a pivotal role in educating referral sources about DaVita technologies, investigating outcomes and creating transparency around their findings.


Customer Engagement Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Conduct daily outreach to referral sources to build and maintain relationships.
  • Segment outreach efforts to tailor communications and educational materials to the specific needs of different referral sources.
  • Provide virtual inservice demonstrations of our technology offerings, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Investigate and report on the outcomes of outreach efforts, creating transparency and using findings to inform future strategies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for user support inquires related to our technology, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2+ years experience in customer outreach, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, physician practices, rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and outcomes to support strategic decisions.
