    Description
    Are you E.P.I.C and ready to play a pivotal role managing the success of your own marketing team?

    We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing efforts to our patients, facilities, and referral sources.

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping our marketing strategies, managing website redesign and development, and creating customized marketing plans for various customer segments and product categories.

    Operational Excellence:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to engage and retain patients, healthcare facilities, and referral sources.
    Analyze referral data to identify opportunities for re-engagement and conversion.
    Implement email marketing, targeting campaigns, and other marketing tactics to drive conversions.
    Oversee the redesign and development of the company website to enhance user experience, functionality, and aesthetics.
    Create and tailor marketing plans for different customer segments (e.g., patients, healthcare facilities, referral sources) and product categories.
    Develop compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and videos, to engage specific target audiences.
    Utilize customer personas and market research to refine marketing strategies.
    Generate creative marketing content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.
    Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and online advertising.
    Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
    Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and insights and adjust marketing strategies based on data.
    Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    Evaluate and recommend marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
    Oversee and provide support to marketing team members, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute segmented marketing strategies.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
    Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance is a plus.
    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on strong Excel skills.

    Qualifications for Success:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with two (2) plus years of management experience preferred.
    Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with three (3) plus years of management experience required.
    Proven experience in marketing management in the healthcare industry, a plus.

    $60,000 - $80,000 annually, dependent on experience
