Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Promotion, vous serez en charge du déploiement de la marque et
stratégie digitale de la destination Var tels que définis dans le Plan d'actions annuel de Var Tourisme.
Dans le cadre de ce poste, vos missions seraient les suivantes :
STRATEGIE DIGITALE :
– Développement de la notoriété de la destination et contribution au renouvellement de son image
touristique sur l'écosystème digital en accord avec la stratégie définie par le Responsable Promotion
et la direction générale
– Coordination et déploiement des opérations marketing sur les différents marchés domestiques et
internationaux liées à la stratégie établie pour la destination. Création et gestion des campagnes
sponsorisées sur le web et les réseaux sociaux. Analyse du ROI par rapport au budget alloué, édition
des bilans de campagnes et reporting.
– Veille concurrentielle et sectorielle et participation aux événements dédiés à l'influence et au Social
Media Management.
– Suivi et Gestion de l'e-reputation de la destination sur le web et les réseaux sociaux.
– Soutien à l'activité du pôle en transversalité avec les autres collaborateurs du pôle et de l'ADT.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT :
– Animation des réseaux sociaux grand public de la destination (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube
et Twitter). Déploiement d'une stratégie digitale internationale. Gestion des posts, stories, réels et
lives, interaction et modération avec les communautés digitales francophones et internationales.
– Production des contenus éditoriaux en français et en anglais, Création des contenus graphiques,
photographiques et vidéos nécessaires aux réseaux sociaux.
– Contribution au comité éditorial et mise en place d'un planning de publication en accord avec la
stratégie éditoriale définie.
– Animation du nouveau « Club Digital Var » de Var Tourisme et sensibilisation des partenaires au
développement d'un tourisme responsable.
– Démarchage et suivi actif des influenceurs nationaux et internationaux et entretien des relations
avec la communauté digitale.
– Organisation des événements originaux de type Blogtrips et Instameets.
Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance du territoire varois, de son offre et écosystème touristique ainsi que d'une compréhension du fonctionnement des organismes touristiques et institutionnels. Vous êtes créatif et curieux, vous êtes force de proposition et avez le goût du challenge.
Vous êtes reconnu/e pour votre bon sens, votre capacité d'analyse, votre rigueur, votre proactivité et
autonomie d'actions. Vous disposez d'une excellente aisance relationnelle et capacité au travail en équipe.
