In this role, you will:

Support the internal communication efforts of SAP's IT organization, Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES).
Collaborate with the Business Operations team to develop and implement communication strategies.
Work with colleagues from different departments around the world to gain a comprehensive understanding of IES operations.
Assist with meeting facilitation and event management.
Write and edit internal communications for the entire IES organization.
Conduct research and create communication materials to drive cultural change and transformation within the team and organization.

Who you are:
You are a student at a university or university of applied sciences. You are proactive, persistent, and curious. You thrive on working on meaningful and innovative projects and are committed to lifelong learning.

Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields in Humanities.
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Office 36
Language skills: Fluent in both German and English.
Project management experience.
Soft skills: Team player, enthusiastic, openminded, customeroriented, communicative, selfdriven, reliable.
Nicetohave: Experience with social media management, video editing, or graphic design tools; knowledge of the latest trends in Information Technology; and experience with strategy development, marketing, and brand development.
