Office Assistant for their
Lee, MA, location. The office assistant plays a crucial role in the organization by supporting executive leadership and the office manager with daily operations. Directly interacting with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering positive interactions with all callers and staff.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist leadership with scheduling, ordering, and contract billing.
  • Answer incoming customer calls efficiently and accurately to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure positive communication with vendors, contractors, and customers.
  • Act as a dispatcher, scheduling service and utilizing various technology, including GPS, phone systems, and more.
  • Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints.
  • Document clear and concise notes in clients' profiles in order to communicate precisely to the technicians and technical leadership team.

Job Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Excel required
