The successful applicant should be ready for wide ranging responsibilities in multiple areas and will be expected to be flexible and willing to learn in order to contribute to the firm's continued success.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Act as a project contributor for strategic and tactical operations projects to support the rapidly growing firm, with a focus on automation and data management.
  • Support the client and research teams through review and analysis of reporting received from thirdparty providers.
  • Assist with private equity and hedge fund operations, including management of $15 billion+ AUM within 80+ multiasset class pooled vehicles. Prepare various compliance, banking and lending documents for review and signature.
  • Initiate outreach and follow up with thirdparties related to quarterly and annual deliverables, including but not limited to capital calls and distributions, audits, tax filings and regulatory filings.
  • Manage all pooled vehicle related communications and interactions with the global firm and thirdparty providers. Act as the "information hub" of the organization and provide solutions to internal teams related to our funds.
Qualifications / Attributes

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related area with a strong GPA.
  • One to two years' experience working in private funds.
  • General knowledge of various financial products and investment strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis and strong technical acumen, specifically in Microsoft Excel. VBA and SQL are a plus.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, anticipates what should be done to drive a task to completion.
  • Very strong organizational and project management skills; ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player who is very comfortable working in an entrepreneurial company.
