Qualifications
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- State of California License
Specific Tasks:
- Responsible for scheduling field surveys.
- Analyze survey objectives and specifications regarding scope of work.
Data Processing:
- Supervise preparation of all plats, maps, records, exhibits and documents related to surveys.
- Prepare deeds and legal descriptions for easement and grant deeds.
- Prepare maps for boundary surveys and subdivisions.
- Processing of maps through local jurisdictions.
- Perform boundary analysis and title research.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Field:_
- Perform boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys using a Robotic, Scanner, and GPS equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, sketches, maps, and reports.
Requirements:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- State of California License
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, including boundary determination and topographic mapping.
- A current, valid California Class C driver's license.
