Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Ability to use a computer quickly and efficiently.
- Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Great work attendance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Selfstarter and quick learner.
- Strong communication skills.
Typical Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
- Clarifies descriptions, checks prices, and enters purchase orders daily.
- Timely process change orders, expedites, quotations, material return authorizations and cost requests.
- Monitors ship dates and advises customers of order status.
- Work closely with your Outside Sales Rep to support our customers and keep quotes current/accurate and loaded in SalesForce.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively within the company for information like lead times, shipping, quotes, expedite requests and more.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
This position is considered non-exempt.
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime as needed.
