Description

We are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) for our acute geriatrics department at our hospital network in Kempten, full-time or part-time, starting immediately, Ref. No. 1625.

YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES

You will provide care, support, and advice to elderly patients and their families
You will offer emotional support and expert advice to patients and their families (e.g. regarding home care or leisure activities, nursing aids)
You will assist with daily activities and provide rehabilitation measures
You will bring your expertise and social skills to the acute geriatric team
You will promote cognitive and social activities

WHAT YOU BRING

You have successfully completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or specialist (m/f/d) in elderly care
You have a positive attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations and interact respectfully with elderly patients
You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team in the nursing profession
You have empathy, communication skills, and a professional, patient-oriented and process-accompanying approach
