- Contributes and supports new ideas on internal processes and client engagements

- Effectively delegates responsibility providing proper instructions, monitoring and coaching
- Conducts training for lower level associates
- Manages projects by scheduling associates, tracking completion and managing the budget
- Gives feedback effectively to minimize repeated errors and apply new concepts
- Maintains open communication with team regarding the progress of completion on projects
- Participates actively in training and developmental opportunities, both as an attendee and as a facilitator
- Manages all aspects of billing, including client inquiries
- Develops appropriate fee quotes for new tax engagements
- Utilizes computer applications and relevant technology effectively Enters time daily
- Participates in Firm events
- Commits to outside reading, studying and professional growth
- Represents the goals of the firm on a consistent basis internally and externally
- Networks to promote business and for development purposes
- Accounting undergraduate degree required, Master's preferred CPA required
- 5+ years of tax experience is required, preferably with High Net Worth Individuals
- Advanced knowledge of Federal and Georgia income tax laws and principles of individual and business taxation is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong project management and delegation skills
