The Role

In addition to establishing and maintaining a uniform filing system, various general office duties (faxing, copying, scanning, filing, phone etc...) are also required, as well as, the ability to communicate well both written and verbally.

Must Have
High School Graduate or Equivalent

Nice to Have

Prompt, regular and predictable daily work attendance
The ability to work well with internal/external customers in a professional manner at all times
The willingness to accept change with a positive attitude and mission first demeanor
Strong customer service skills; able to communicate and interact with all business units
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with peers, management and others
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Able to work under pressure and independently
Able to adapt to changing work assignments, environments and locations
Display good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SAP, DDMS, Cypress or ATIS programs DOD Confidential Security Clearance (Not required to start but required to submit information for DSS consideration for a clearance)
