- Generate classified and unclassified NSCC/AEGIS user accounts on a variety of operating systems including UNIX/Linux, Windows, and VAX. Accounts are created using various scripts on most systems or manually on a few others.
- Maintain classified and unclassified NSCC/AEGIS user accounts:
- Provide system administration support to NSCC system engineering staff including assisting with file management and Hierarchical Storage tasks and support the NSCC Operations staff with "Super User" privileged commands.
- Provide first call resolution helpdesk support for all Aegis related PC and UNIX workstation system administration issues such as adding to groups, granting access to restricted directories, password resets, ownership changes, etc. Conduct account login and usage tutorials via phone as needed.
- Communicate with NSCC Computer Systems Engineering, System Support personnel, and the NSCC Customer Community addressing administrative and customer support issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- 23 years' experience in a customer service / helpdesk work environment
- Motivated individual with ability to learn Computer Systems /Technical skills
- Excellent phone/communication skills
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
