We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) for onsite support at our client's location in Bremen.

Your new responsibilities:

  • 1st and 2nd level support / IT user support (by phone, on site)
  • Onsite support / on site support

Administration of IT applications

Installation and configuration of hardware and software

  • User management (Active Directory)
  • Documentation of incoming incidents

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in IT (IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, IT system salesman, etc.)
  • Experience in
    IT support
  • Good knowledge and experience in
    Windows and
    Office environment
  • Knowledge in the area of
    Windows Server 2016
  • High service orientation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
