    We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with a focus on handling real estate disputes preferred. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively represent clients in various legal proceedings. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to advocate for our clients' interests effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes related to property ownership, leasing, contracts, zoning, and land use issues.

    2. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.

    3. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other court filings.

    4. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations to advocate for clients' interests.

    5. Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve real estate disputes.

    6. Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and other attorneys, to ensure comprehensive legal representation for clients.

    7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents impacting real estate litigation.

    8. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive and high-quality legal services.

    Qualifications:

    1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA law school.

    2. Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.

    3. Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate litigation preferred.
