- Facilitate relationships between administrative agents and various other external stakeholders
- Confirming that core deliverables and timeframes are understood across the business and respective counsels
- Confirming closing terms and amendments to ensure agents and internal systems are aligned
- Confirming required deliverables and the terms of the credit agreement are being met
- Working with technology to develop, automate, and streamline workflows Who we are looking for
