Communications Lead

We are in search of an individual who possesses a deep passion for storytelling on a grand scale within a business setting, with a focus on motivating a global sales team. You should thrive on delving into specifics, collaborating across various functions to acquire the necessary information for your communications, and navigating through uncertainty to reach your objectives. Quick decision-making in the midst of rapid changes and the ability to effectively clarify the what, when, why, and how within enterprise-level communications channels are key.

Success in Role – Performance Outcomes for the next six months

Apply your 5-8 years of editorial expertise to identify and convey critical stories to target audiences in a timely manner
Utilize your proven track record in establishing interactive methods to adjust the content and approach towards essential audiences, facilitating information dissemination and feedback collection to evaluate effectiveness
Collaborate with team members to develop a monthly communications plan and oversee its punctual and impactful distribution across different regions
Collaborate with internal communications counterparts to maximize the use of their platforms when appropriate
Condense intricate projects into concise key messages in alignment with approved guidelines for easy comprehension
Develop and distribute communications to endorse learning tools and resources provided by central or affiliate teams
Regularly evaluate communication channels to determine necessary adjustments for success
Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate the information needs of your audiences
Be prepared to showcase a writing portfolio illustrating your exceptional writing abilities

The Work You Will Do

Establish and execute a method for generating and showcasing a large number of success stories, including identifying the appropriate timing and platform for internal publication and corporate-level promotion
Enhance the process for determining content for the monthly communications package and continuously refine it for optimal results
Utilize various formats such as presentations, videos, emails, social media posts, and more to deliver tailored messages to specific audiences at the right moment
Implement effective measurement tools to steer enhancements
