is currently hiring an Inside Sales Director based on-site in Houston, Texas, to manage a team of 5+ Account Executives.
The Director of Inside Sales oversees the activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls.
Coordinates closely with marketing and field sales to gather insights and understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Develops sales strategies and supporting activities. Provides appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Trains and coaches staff in selling and relationship-building skills needed to grow and maintain sales pipelines. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer for PCS Software, Inc.The Director of Inside Sales will be responsible for providing input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility as well as give input into developing the annual budget.
Candidates should have a 5+ years of managerial experience and be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations that may require coordination with other departments.
