Due to continuous growth, we are currently seeking a full-time real estate agent in property management (m/f/d) to join our team in Newtown, IN.

The Schürmann Real Estate Company is a modern family-owned business that is established in the market as a lessor of commercial and private residential properties, as well as a project developer, general contractor, and manager of properties.

Our Asando Real Estate Management GmbH manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties with nearly 800 tenants in units ranging from 20 to 6000 square meters, which are part of our own real estate holdings.

Responsibilities:

Independent and responsible management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
Creating advertisements/exposés on Immobilienscout 2
Assisting potential tenants during the orientation phase
Acting as a professional contact for rental and contractrelated questions
Conducting property viewings and handovers
Negotiating and managing rental contracts (including amendments)
Tenant support and service (rental management)
Maintaining tenant master data in Domus (CRM/ERP)
Collaborating with the technical department
Handling insurance claims in case of damages

Qualifications:

Successfully completed training as a real estate agent, preferably with additional training as a real estate specialist
Several years of experience in property management is an advantage
Experience with DOMUS and basic technical knowledge is desirable
Proficiency in all aspects of daily operations
Experienced in negotiating and managing
