Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating, and dispatching vehicle operations, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners and service providers, including independently managing accompanying processes
  • Documenting, individually calculating, and budget controlling each project, actively tracking procurement processes, contracts, and invoices
  • Internally coordinating and processing contractual and taxrelated issues with the relevant departments
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of communication projects, taking on subprojects, and participating in the planning and implementation of collaborations, sponsorships, and special events
  • Taking on or assisting with interface coordination and external partners
  • Structuring and documenting existing process flows, as well as preparing work and decision documents for meetings and committees

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in business administration or completed commercial apprenticeship, as well as several years of professional experience in project management, commercial functions, or secretarial work, or equivalent education
  • Indepth knowledge of internal processes and organizational structure, procurement processes,
