Pay Rate:
$15-$18 per hour

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Execute efficient and timely dismantling and clearing of event spaces following established guidelines and timelines.
Safely load and transport event equipment and materials in a cargo van.
Ensure all event spaces are left clean, organized, and ready for the next use.
Communicate effectively with event organizers and team members to coordinate strike activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving a cargo van and navigating to different event locations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and occasional weekday assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in event setup, teardown, or logistics (experience in driving, deliveries, or inventory management is also accepted)
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in event operations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 40 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position primarily focused on weekends (Friday-Sunday), with weekday shifts as needed. This is primarily a 2nd shift position, with most shifts between 8pm and 3am.
