    This position is not your average portfolio – you will oversee just a few communities and will be in a unique position to develop and grow the management style and teams associated with new communities in the market, including those under declarant control.

    These are new communities and are under declarant control and will eventually transition to an on-site manager. This is a highly visible position that is integral to the successful working relationship with our clients.


    About the Community:
    The Houston master-planned community market is growing at a rapid pace. Community developers are contacting CCMC to partner with them to create outstanding communities all over Houston.

    The person in this position will have the opportunity to work with various developer boards, gaining valuable experience handling a variety of tasks, from simple communications to complex budgeting.

    This position will benefit from direct support from the Vice President of Community Operations and company-wide teams assisting with the financial, technical, and communication efforts needed to grow these developments.


    What you'll accomplish:


    Serve in a key community leadership role to enhance the resident experienceOversee daily operations, management, association direction, and maintenance of assetsUtilize staff and vendor resources to execute board directives and community goalsRetain the community vision through CC&Rs and design reviewServe as an advisor to the board for long-term planning, goalsetting, and policymaking guidanceCreate, administer, and monitor operating and reserve budgets, and prepare variance reportsSupervise, develop, and motivate any current or future site staffBuild connections and opportunities that maintain a true sense of communityWhat we're looking for:CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) credential and three years of progressive experience in Association managementPreferred candidates will have working knowledge of amenity management and service expectations of vendors and providersThis team member will need to work effectively with a diverse team of boards and CCMC team members.

    Extensive knowledge of laws and guidelines governing the operation of community associations and governing documents (highly preferred)

    CAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire)Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkWhat we offer:
