About the role


Responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans.


What you'll do

  • Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. Assist with data compilation for lender decisions. Make presentation of analysis that will be used for investment decisions.
  • Assist Portfolio Managers by performing tasks involved in monitoring the performance of assigned commercial real estate loan portfolios.
  • Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
  • Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 3 years related experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a fouryear college or university preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Errors in judgment may cause shortterm impact to coworkers and supervisor.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
