    Join a prestigious global investment firm in Manhattan as an Executive Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic team of 5-6 executives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity for onsite collaboration four days a week, providing essential administrative support while contributing to the firm's success.

    Salary: $100-120k base + bonus

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Investor Relations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.
    • Communication Management: Assist in drafting and proofreading investor communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all materials.
    • Investor Correspondence: Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries, responding promptly and courteously to requests for information, updates, and documentation.
    • Meeting Coordination: Facilitate the planning and execution of investor meetings, conferences, and events, managing logistics, agendas, materials, and attendee communications.
    • Database Management: Maintain investor databases and CRM systems, updating contact information, tracking interactions, and generating reports to support investor outreach and engagement efforts.
    • Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential investor documents, agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to exceptional service.
    • Special Projects: Collaborate with the Investor Relations team on special projects and initiatives, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail to drive successful outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • 4-8 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within investor relations, asset management, or financial services.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all communications.
    • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
