- Special Projects: Collaborate with the Investor Relations team on special projects and initiatives, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail to drive successful outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within investor relations, asset management, or financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all communications.
