Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company.

Duties:

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
Manage and maintain inventory control, including ordering and receiving merchandise
Conduct interviews and assist with the recruiting process for new team members
Train and develop employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns
Utilize pointofsale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Ensure proper pricing of products and promotions

Experience:

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and financial reporting
Proven ability to effectively manage a team and drive sales performance
Experience in wireless sales or related industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
