Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Frequent weekly visits to each location assigned
- Analyze and address issues related to ontime delivery for each location
- Prepare and compile customer reports and audits.
- Familiarize ICs with Client Standards and SOPs, and ensure compliance by entering them into the system.
- Supervise service performance to ensure ICs meet contractual obligations, including apparel and paperwork requirements
- Strategize route coverage, changes, and communication with ICs.
- Ensure all services are executed promptly and efficiently.
- Track profit margin performance for each account to exceed the predetermined budgeted goals
Skills and Abilities
- Required to possess a valid driver's license and maintain a presentable, operational vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work extended hours to address operational concerns when required
- Capable of remote work with travel within designated area as needed
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
