We are currently seeking pedagogical professionals (m/f/d) for our client in San Mateo, CA.

Your responsibilities:

Supervising, educating, and supporting children in recreational activities
Developing concepts for activities, taking into account relevant disabilities or developmental stages
Creating individualized support plans and progress reports
Assisting children with daily tasks (hygiene, eating, leisure time)
Collaborating with parents and teachers

Your qualifications:

Degree in education, social pedagogy, or special education (m/f/d) or equivalent
Experience working with children with developmental delays, disorders, or disabilities is a plus
Reliability, sociability, commitment, kindness, creativity
Ability to work independently and cooperatively
