Hospital rechts der Isar (MRI) of Munich Technical University (TUM) is seeking a
Veterinary Doctoral Student / PhD Student (M/F/d) in Cardiology for a part-time, temporary position at the
Klinik und Poliklinik für Innere Medizin I.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, prepare, and conduct large animal experiments as part of the large animal team
  • Conduct stateoftheart omics and histological analysis of tissues collected from test animals as part of the molecular lab team
  • Construct Cas9 based editors as needed

Profile:


  • Must have approbation as a veterinarian or physician, or a master's or diploma in (molecular) biology or biochemistry
  • Strong interest in cardiovascular biology
  • Experience or interest in molecular biology methods
  • Must be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in science
