    We are looking for talented grocery and retail managers to join Grocery Outlet!


    At Grocery Outlet, we are searching for experienced individuals who truly know the ins and outs of running a store and who have what it takes to independently manage a Grocery Outlet location.


    Grocery Outlet partners with top local retail leaders who are ready to take the next step beyond management and run their own Grocery Outlet store, sharing in the profits it generates.


    Responsibilities of Operating a Grocery Outlet:

    • Strong decision-making skills to make the best choices for your store such as ordering, merchandising, and staffing
    • Handling all aspects of store operations, including managing the P&L
    • Developing staffing strategies, recruiting, training, and retaining employees
    • Utilizing established distribution channels to tailor your product selection to the needs of your community
    • Forming local partnerships to have a positive impact on the community
    • Demonstrating a high level of drive and motivation
    • Serving as a representative for Grocery Outlet

    Requirements:
    ·

    4 years of retail management experience· Experience in overseeing a large team, including recruitment and training· Detail-oriented, analytical, quick-thinking, and highly results-driven· Creative in solving problems· Proficient in merchandising and product displays· Desire for autonomy and making independent decisions for your retail store
