Specialty surgery practice in San Francisco treating patients from around the U.S. and internationally seeks a full-time Surgery Scheduler/Medical Assistant.

The Surgery Scheduler/Medical Assistant conducts all clerical and administrative duties necessary to support patients which incudes patient intake, data and records management, check-in/check-out, monitoring and responding to messages, surgery scheduling, office inventory and other front-desk and back-office activities as needed.

Duties also include assisting the surgeon in the exam room for pre and post op exams.

Must have at least two years of experience in a medical office; surgery scheduling is a plus.


Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
