We are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the private customer sales division of Deutsche Telekom at our location in Wittlich.

Your tasks in the shop:


  • You will advise customers in the shop on all matters related to internet, landline, and mobile products
  • You will handle complaints and assist with problem solving
  • You will conduct indepth sales conversations about individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
  • You will process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You will participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns
