- Advocate & Support: You will play a crucial role as a Social Worker at US Renal Care, collaborating with a diverse team to assist patients with kidney disease in achieving optimal social functioning and psychological well-being during dialysis treatment and rehabilitation. - Safety & Quality: Your involvement in clinical and operational processes will be instrumental in enhancing patient health outcomes and reducing treatment-related complications. Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements are essential responsibilities.
- Master's Degree in Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Current licensure in the respective state or territories.
- Proficiency in English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience in providing social services to dialysis patients is preferred.
