- Research and sustain youth programming that is relevant and nurturing to 21st century K-12 youth needs and interests.
- Maintain and manage College Preview, Saturday Morning Art Class, and Creative Summer workshop programming; working to grow both revenue and enrollment across programs.

- Research, build, and sustain innovative, collaborative partnerships with local schools. and community organizations for long-term programming that integrates across youth and community programming and serves partner needs as well as CCAD's own.
- Collaborate with Development on grant writing and funding opportunities.
- Devise, deploy, and evaluate a strategic scholarship program aimed to increase awareness and access to CCAD scholarship program.
- Proactively communicate and effectively collaborate with campus resource offices to support and expand the reach of Youth & Community programming, including but not limited to Career Services, Enrollment Management, Development, Business, Corporate & Community Projects, and Marketing and Communications.
- Attend/schedule/lead meetings were appropriate within the Youth & Community team, across campus and with community partners.
- Budget planning and oversight for all programming.
- Other duties as assigned.

Director of Youth & Community LearningSUMMARY
The Director of Youth & Community Learning reporting to the VP for Enrollment Management, is empowered to strategize, build, and implement a cohesive suite of youth and adult enrichment programming alongside sustained community partnerships that open doors to creativity and transformation.
The Director of Youth & Community Learning is a creative, strategic, and collaborative leader who is motivated by a twinned belief in community engagement and lifelong learning.
Beyond leading a program of exceptional art & design programming for youth and community members, the Director of Youth & Community Learning will take a leadership role in developing, nurturing, and sustaining relationships and programs with local community institutions, schools, and civic organizations that emphasize inclusion and civic responsibility.
This is to say:
in order to build programs, the Director of Youth & Community Learning builds relationships that emphasize long-term, multi-directional engagement over short-term, uni-directional outreach.
