    What You'll Do

    This position that will require the individual to work on location in Cypress, CA from 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position will consist of data entry, reviewing and assessing information, and assisting and following up on requests.
    • Manage inventory reports - data entry, report summary, item review for replenishment, and bi-weekly send out to Merchandisers
    • On the spot inventory look up and advising availability for Sales and Merchandisers
    • OSS/WIP entry update - data entry, updates, and review based on requests from production leads
    • PO entry - enter purchase orders into AS400 and update shipping status based off of packing slips
    • Unity order and pull sheet updates and creation - enter pull sheets and update Unity with order information. Follow up with Account Managers and Warehouse staff on order issues and pull sheets being pulled on time
    • Other administrative duties as assigned
    What You'll Need
    • Associate's Degree preferred
    • Previous data entry experience strongly preferred
    • Strong data processing skills - typing skills of 40+ wpm and 10 key by touch
    • Must be able to utilize computers, software systems and tools
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Inventory experience is a plus
