The position:
The Engagement Associate will provide administrative and operational support to the Engagement team.

This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, superior attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong organization and time management skills, and proficiency with technology and software including Fuse (intranet), PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Word.


Responsibilities:

Engagement and Recognition

  • Assist in the execution of the engagement strategy, events, and community building moments aligned to organizations M/V/V.
  • Support the development of highquality content that is relevant, easy to understand, and approachable.
  • Support wellbeing activities/moments that contribute to support key focus areas (including summer/winter programs, corporate and onsite).
  • Provide informed guidance and best practice on aspects around engagement (incl. for training resources and policies on key topics).
  • Monitor Fuse and Teams and research/respond to associate questions.
  • Create and/or edit reports/presentations as needed.
  • Create forms as needed for Engagement programs and processes.
  • Monitor and update Engagement/Wellness/D&I content on Company's associate communication platform (Fuse) to ensure information is accurate at all times.
  • Research bestpractices and/or vendors to assist with development of Engagement/Wellness/D&I programs.
  • Assist with general departmental needs during times of heavy workload.
  • Performs other jobrelated duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; customer service skills; ability to adjust to multiple demands and priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, take initiative, and problem solve while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience building and fostering relationships and working with a diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic and matrixed organization.
  • Problem solver: passionate about connecting with people and delivering work to improve our associate experience.
