TTI Home Health Care a Home Health Agency based in the center of Houston and covering the greater Houston metro area and beyond. We are looking for someone experienced in home health care Accounts and Business Development and well versed in marketing to doctor's offices and the physicians, hospitals and case managers, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, Independent and ALFs (Assisted Living Facilities) and various communities and organizations to achieve the Company's financial and market share goals. You should be able to identify potential opportunities and develop relationships with both customers and referral sources and those needing education on Home Health Services. In the role of Accounts and Business Development often serves as the face of the organization in the community and creates opportunities to promote the organization's branding and positive reputation in the form of promotional events, in-services, communications, and other educational opportunities.


Qualifications /Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Must be comfortable with making cold calls.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all levels of clinical and administrative staff within the agency and ensure the needs of the community are met.
  • Ability to independently multitask effectively, is well organized with attention to detail, support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
  • Provide timely, accurate completion of reports, worksheets, and information as requested.
  • Ability to execute presentations to referral sources with confidence.
  • Ability to sell in various healthcare markets, generate new business, implement sales strategies for high priority accounts, established contacts and network in the community.
  • Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding referral, admission goals, with deadlines as set by the Agency's Management and Ownership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software.
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning.
  • Participate in field ride along and trainings.
  • Coordinates with Administration regarding timely accurate reports, communicates activities, progress, responds to requests, issues and/or concerns which impacts census.
  • Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation required. 100% travel may be required.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Agency's Compliance Program and HIPAA regulations.
  • Demonstrates commitment and professional growth by participating in inservice programs and maintaining/improving competency.

  • Monday to Friday

  • Up to 100% travel

  • Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (required)
