Human Resources Development Specialist (m/f/d) in Turin, GA:

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Development Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your responsibilities:

Development of training concepts, personnel development measures and programs
Support of managers in implementing personnel development strategies and concepts
Organization and execution of training courses and internal events
Consultation of managers and employees on all personnel development matters
Support in the creation and implementation of personnel development projects
Development of concepts for further education and qualification of employees
Continuous development of the department
Participation in job fairs

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Social Work or a related field, such as Business Administration, Business Education, Education Sciences, Psychology, Social Work or a commercial apprenticeship with experience in personnel development
Several years of professional experience, preferably in a social enterprise
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of commitment and flexibility
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Reliability and team spirit
