Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and scalability of our industry-leading mobile applications.

Essential Functions:
Design and implement mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using industry best practices and standards

Documentation of systems and processes

Estimate implementation times based on designs

Suggest product improvements

Work with team members to plan and breakdown work and architect solutions

Work on tasks to fix defects, research solutions, and develop features

Work with QA to resolve issues and assist in testing when needed

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications

Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and guidelines

Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges

Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Write effective unit and integration tests

Provide technical guidance, support and mentoring to others

Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and tools


Qualifications:
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS or Android platforms

Ability to create simple and well-designed solutions to complex software problems

Ability to work both as a member of a team and independently based on the project requirements

Ability to effectively and professionally interact with customers, clients, and other team members

Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and for small groups

Dedication to excellence and desire to continuously improve

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices

Experience using common iOS development frameworks such as UIKit

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
