- Tracks staffing levels and absences for the Contact Center
- Optimizes WFM system for maximum efficiencies
- Utilizes Avaya system expertise
- Drives operational efficiency through creative thinking and process improvement
- Monitors call and email traffic to maintain high departmental performance
- Builds and leads a motivated team to achieve targets
- Adheres to company standards and processes
- Two-Year College/Associates Degree required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3-5 Years Supervisory role required
- 3-5 Years Resource Planning required
- Extensive knowledge of WFM technology and methodology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of telephony configuration and call management technology
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to interact with all management levels
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and RPA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service or contact center experience in a leadership role
- 30% Travel Percentage
