- Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
- Membership and retail sales
- Hire/Manage instructors in the studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in marketing and networking events for the studio
- Collect payments and outstanding dues
- Help cultivate studio culture
- Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Proficiency in studio software and retail
- 3+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must
- Must be solution-based not task oriented
- Strong critical thinking skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A self-starter + willing to go the extra mile
- A passion for health and fitness
- Manage staff schedule
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
