Customer Service Representative - Fort Wayne, United States - Riverside Mfg LLC
Description
Work closely with Account Managers in a joint effort to ensure customer satisfaction.- Processing all incoming purchase orders; credit information, shipping/delivery information, order entry and contacting the customer with any discrepancies
- Receive and process all inquiries related to order entry into the system
- Process all incoming requests for shipment information from either internal or external based customers
- Provide pricing to customers when requested
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Experience in ERP, CRM
- Customer Relationship Management, MRP systems.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational, self, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- A customer focused passion with a "whatever it takes" attitude
- Must be a US Person
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee/Asylum Seeker

Hybrid Work Schedule - after training, position will work in office 3 days/week and home office 2 days/week
